Terms & Conditions
2.1 The Framework of Heritage Commerce
Accessing reshamroot.store constitutes a binding legal agreement to the “Artisanal Accord.” This document governs the acquisition of luxury Sarees and related accessories. By placing an order, the “Client” acknowledges that they are purchasing handcrafted or semi-handcrafted textiles that carry the “Fingerprint of the Weaver.”
2.2 Fabric Authenticity & Artisanal Variance
- The Weaver’s Fingerprint: As our Sarees often feature hand-weaving, embroidery, or hand-dyeing, the client acknowledges that slight irregularities in the weave or minor color variations are not defects. These are “Marks of Authenticity” that distinguish handloom products from mass-produced power-loom fabrics.
- Visual Representation: We utilize ultra-high-definition photography to represent the “Zari” (metallic thread) and “Resham” (silk thread) work. However, the client acknowledges that digital screens may slightly alter the perceived shimmer or shade of the fabric.
- Weight & Drape: Descriptions of fabric weight (e.g., “Lightweight Chiffon” vs. “Heavy Katan”) are subjective benchmarks provided for the client’s guidance.
2.3 Logistics & Insured Transit
Given the high value of silk assets, ReshamRoot utilizes specialized, insured courier partners for the Pakistan territory. The “Risk of Loss” passes to the client upon delivery to the verified address. We maintain a “Secure-Seal” packaging protocol to prevent moisture or dust damage during transit.
