3.1 The “ReshamRoot” Assurance of Quality

A Saree is a lifetime investment. Our “Drapery Covenant” ensures that your heritage asset arrives in flawless condition. Because these garments are often custom-fitted or delicate in nature, we maintain a transparent yet strict return policy to protect the quality of our inventory for all clients.

3.2 Eligibility & The “Customization” Exclusion

  • Custom Stitching Rule: Any Saree that has undergone “Fall & Pico” services, or where the blouse piece has been cut/stitched to the client’s measurements, is strictly ineligible for return or exchange.
  • The “Hygienic Unworn” Standard: For unstitched Sarees, returns are only accepted if the garment is in its original “Loom-Fold” condition, with all silk-tags and security seals intact. Any sign of “Trial Draping” or scent (perfume/detergent) will void the return.
  • The 48-Hour Heritage Check: All claims for fabric damage or “Zari” defects must be filed via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with an “Unboxing Video.”

3.3 The Refund & Reversal Protocol

  • Fabric Authenticity Claims: If a fabric is proven to be different from the description (e.g., “Pure Silk” vs. “Synthetic Blend”), ReshamRoot provides a 100% Full Refund and covers the return shipping.
  • Store Credit: For “Change of Mind” on unstitched, non-customized items, we offer a Heritage Credit Note valid for 12 months, allowing you to choose a different weave.
  • Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.
